QUESTIONING HABIT
‘Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear.’- A quote of Thomas Jefferson
— Make it a habit to question everything you see, hear or do. To obtain an answer, presence of a question is must. Every sect, you may come across discourages asking of questions. But in a sense, we are alive only if, we question our beliefs. In every sect we are asked to believe what is told to us without raising any question. But do not ever follow this path of not asking questions.
—Purpose of asking questions should never be downgrading others or showing greatness of one’s individual thoughts. To grasp anything new for satisfying the hunger of intellect should be the only purpose of asking questions. No doubt, questions can be asked for the purpose of testing the knowledge of others but, ultimately, such testing should only be for the purpose of knowing more.
—O Man! For what reason have you come in the world? Have you come on your own will or has someone else send you? If you have come on your own will, then what is the purpose of your coming, because for innumerable times in the past you have come in this world? Was anything of yours left in this world in your previous births? Are you trying to take that thing in this birth? Try to obtain answers to these questions.
