FOUR PRINCIPLES OF BEING HAPPY AND PEACEFUL
Principles of being happy and Peaceful are very simple and for this here is no need to study great literature. Principles of being happy and Peaceful-
- Get up early in the morning, that is, between 4 ante meridian to 7 ante meridian.
- Spend some time for thinking of ‘Dharam’ and ‘Arth’
- Study Vedaas.
- Do some bodily exercises to keep your body fit.
One of the best things, we own, which gives us pleasure is our body. If we want to be happy, then we should keep our body fit. Our bodily fitness should not be viewed only from external side but for happiness we should also think of our mental health. Sandhya is best for our mental health. Our thoughts, for example, anger affect our body. Sandhya kills tensions which is the primary reason for our ill-health.
